Shanghai Jingmai Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2024 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. It is a comprehensive and professional brand enterprise integrating the research, development, production, operation, and technical services of water-saving irrigation equipment, including plastic pipes, fittings, sprinklers, drip irrigation systems, filters, fertilizers (machines), air intake/exhaust valves, and shut-off valves.
The company covers an area of nearly 35 acres, with an office space of 3,500 square meters. It is equipped with over 40 modern extrusion and injection molding machines, capable of producing more than 300 types of water-saving irrigation products. The annual output of various pipes and fittings exceeds 7,000 tons, with products primarily sold across China and exported to countries such as the United States, Tajikistan, India, Paraguay, and Iran.
The company currently employs over 100 staff, with 65% holding a college degree or higher. It has 22 personnel with mid-level professional titles and has established long-term technical exchanges and cooperation with institutions such as China Agricultural University, Shandong Agricultural University, the Irrigation Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, and South China University of Technology.
The brand-driven strategy of establishing and forging a domestically and internationally influential brand has been integral to the company’s entire development journey. The company has successively passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and Water-Saving Product Certification, and has undertaken five national and provincial science and technology projects. It has achieved breakthroughs in key technologies for projects such as high-proportion fully automatic fertilizer applicators, high-flow pressure-compensated drippers, damped sprinklers, and automatic backflush sand and disc filters, filling domestic technological gaps.
While focusing on product quality, intensifying R&D investment, and enhancing corporate culture, our company has introduced a “one-stop service” model. From its establishment to the present, it has constructed over 400,000 acres of water-saving irrigation bases for hundreds of large and medium-sized modern agricultural group companies, earning widespread acclaim from users.

To accelerate the promotion of advanced and practical water conservation technologies (products) and further advance the development of water-saving irrigation in Shaanxi Province, the department of Science and Technology of the Province and the Water Resources Technology Promotion Center organized a technical training workshop on the intelligent retractable underground sprinkler irrigation system in Xia'n City on October 29, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Water Resources.
